Terms of Service for Electronic Services and Business Cooperation ProcesFlow

Effective from February 20, 2026

§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using services provided by ProcesFlow, in particular regarding:
    • process automation using AI,
    • website development,
    • CRM system implementation,
    • marketing and consulting services.
  2. The Service Provider is ProcesFlow, contact: kontakt@procesflow.pl.
  3. These Terms constitute an integral part of every agreement with the Client, regardless of the form (email, electronic, written).

§2 Definitions

  • Service Provider - ProcesFlow
  • Client - an individual, entrepreneur or institution using the services
  • Agreement - arrangements made between parties in any form
  • Services - activities in the field of AI, web development, CRM, marketing and consulting

§3 Scope of Services

  1. ProcesFlow provides project, implementation, programming and consulting services.
  2. Scope of work, price and schedule are determined individually.
  3. The Service Provider may use subcontractors without the need to obtain additional consent from the Client.

§4 Cooperation Rules

  1. The Client is obliged to provide all materials and information necessary for project implementation.
  2. Implementation deadlines may change in case of:
    • delays on the Client's side,
    • changes in project scope,
    • technical problems independent of the Service Provider,
    • force majeure.
  3. Changing the scope of work may result in changes to remuneration or schedule.

§5 Payments

  1. Services are paid according to individual offer or agreement.
  2. Possible forms of settlement:
    • one-time payment,
    • stage payment,
    • subscription.
  3. Standard payment term is 7 days, unless the agreement states otherwise.
  4. Lack of payment may result in:
    • suspension of work,
    • suspension of website or system publication,
    • restriction of access to services.

§6 Copyrights and Licenses

  1. After paying the full remuneration, the Client receives rights to the work results within the scope specified in the agreement.
  2. ProcesFlow reserves the right to present implementations in portfolio and marketing materials.
  3. Tools, templates, automation systems, code libraries and know-how remain the property of ProcesFlow, unless the agreement states otherwise.

§7 Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted by email to kontakt@procesflow.pl.
  2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
  3. The Service Provider undertakes to remove justified errors within a reasonable time.

§8 Liability

  1. ProcesFlow is not responsible for:
    • interruptions in external services (hosting, API, payment systems),
    • errors resulting from materials provided by the Client,
    • business decisions made based on implemented solutions.
  2. Service Provider's liability is limited to the value of remuneration for the given service.

§9 Termination of Agreement

  1. Each party may terminate the agreement according to its terms.
  2. In case of resignation, the Client is obliged to pay for work completed so far.
  3. Materials are delivered after settling payments.

§10 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are subject to Polish law.
  2. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
  3. These Terms are effective from February 20, 2026.
