§3 Purposes of Data Processing

We process data for the purpose of:

providing services and fulfilling agreements,
contacting the client,
preparing offers,
issuing invoices and accounting documents,
marketing our own services,
analyzing website traffic.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR - contract performance,
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR - legal obligations,
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR - legitimate interest of the company,

§5 Data Retention Period

We store data:

for the duration of cooperation,
up to 6 years for accounting documents,
until marketing consent is withdrawn.

CRM systems and marketing tools providers,
IT services subcontractors,
email service operators.

For statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited). The tool collects data on how the site is used: pages visited, traffic source, approximate location and device type. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number through it.

Google Analytics only starts after you give consent in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics script is loaded, and declining does not limit your use of the site.

You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

ProcesFlow implements technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of personal data appropriate to the threats.
